Nobia opens omnichannel test store in London
Nobia has recently opened its second omnichannel test store, this time with Magnet in London. Using cutting edge digital technology, the store connects both the store and online customer journeys together, creating a more seamless experience.
The store, which is situated in Sutton outside London, has less physical kitchen displays, but makes use of digital tools to allow customer to access the wide range of kitchens, appliances and accessories.
Customers are able to search, visualise and design their kitchen in an easy and inspiring way. This is promoting a stronger relationship between the customer and designer encouraging customers to spend more time in the showroom.
Also other brands within Nobia Group are looking to open omnichannel test stores in the future.
