Nobia divests British bathroom retailer C.P. Hart
Nobia has today entered into an agreement to sell C.P. Hart, which comprises five bathroom stores in the UK.
The buyer is Charco 2010 Ltd, owned by Kevin Ohle and Richard Reynolds. C.P. Hart, which is headquartered in London, generates net sales of approximately SEK 220 million, has about 100 employees and sells exclusive bathroom interiors in the UK. C.P. Hart has no operational links to Nobia's kitchen business in the UK.
